INGREDIENTS:-
IDLY RICE ( SOAK IN HOT WATER ) - 1 CUP
TAPIOCA GRATED - 1 CUP ( EQUAL AMOUNT OF RICE)
TAMARIND - 1 CUP
RED CHILLI 8-10
JAGGERY - LEMON SIZE
HING - 1 Tsp
BENGAL GRAM SIOAKED - 2 Tbsp
CURRY LEAVES - 15 LEAVES
MUSTARD SEEDS - 1 Tsp
OIL - AS REQUIRED
CORIANDER LEAVES
COCONUT - 1/4 CUP (OPTIONAL)
METHOD:-
TAPIOCA VADA
STEP 2 :- CLEAN AND REMOVE THE SKIN AND GRATE FRESH TAPIOCA KEEP A SIDE.

STEP 3 :- AFTER THE SAID TIME IN A MIXIE ADD SOKED RICE, GRATED TAPIOCA,TAMARIND, JAGGERY, SALT, HING, RED CHILLIES GRIND AS A THICK BATTER DO NOT ADD TOO MUCH OF WATER WHILE GRINDING , CONSISTENCY OF THE VADA BATTER SHOULD BE THICK.
STEP 4: IN A TADAKA PAN POUR OIL MUSTARD SEEDS, CURRY LEAVES POUR IN THE BATTER, ADD SOAKED BENGAL GRAM AND FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES GIVE IT A NICE MIX.
STEP 5: IN A BANANA LEAF, OR WET CLOTH OR IN A POLYRTHENE COVERMAKE THE BATTER INTO BALLS AND APPLY OIL TAP AND SPREAD MAKE A HOLE IN A CENTER DEEP FRY FOR 30 SECONDS IN HOT OIL .
