BUTTER BEAN -   2 CUP (skin removed)

ONION(GRILLED ON HEAT) - 1 No

COCONUT - 1/4 CUP

POPPY SEEDS  - 2 Tsp

TAMARIND PULP - 1/4 CUP

JAGGERY - 1 Tsp

CORIANDER SEEDS - 2 Tsp

RED CHILLI - 6 No's

SMALL ONION PASTE - 1/2 CUP

CASHEW

CURRY LEAVES

PEPPERCORNS- 5 TO 7 No's

MUSTAD SEEDS

URAD DHAL

BENGAL GRAM

OIL - AS REQUIRED

SALT - AS REQUIRED

CUMIN SEEDS - 3/4 Tsp

METHOD:-

STEP 1:-  TAKE A BIG ONION GRILL IT IN  STOVE AND TAST WELL.

STEP 2:- IN A TADKA PAN POUR SOME OIL ADD CORIANDER SEEDS, CUMIN SEEDS, PEPPERCORNS, RED CHILLI ROAST TILL GOLDEN BROWN AND AFTER  A SAID TIME ADD GRILLED ONION AND MAKE A FINE PASTE.

STEP 3:- IN A MIXIE JAR ADD COCNUT, POPPY SEEDS OR COCONUT FINE PASTE.AND KEEP IT A SIDE.

STEP 4:- IN A PRESSURE COOKER POUR OIL, MUSTARD SEEDS, URAD DHAL & BENGAL GRAM,CURRY LEAVES, SMALL ONION PASTE.

STEP 5:- ADD PASTE 1 MENTIONED IN STEP 2 i.e REDCHILLI PASTE.

STEP 6:- ADD BUTTER BEAN (a) MOOCHAI(SKIN REMOVED) TO IT AND MIX WELL UNTIL THE RAW SMELL EVAPORATES.

STEP 7:- ADD SOME WATER AND SALT TO IT LET THE GRAVY BOIL FOR 10 MINUTES.

STEP 8:- NOW  ADD COCONUT PASTE TO IT AND GIVE IT A NICE MIX.

STEP 9:- ADD TAMARIND PULP AND JAGGERY TO IT LET THE SABAJI BOIL FOR 5 MINUTES AND GRNISH IT WITH CORIANDER LEAVES & FRESH CREAM.
