TO MAKE A PEANUT BUTTER:-

PEANUTS - 2 CUPS
JAGGERY - 50 Grms
HIMALAN SALT - A Pinch
GROUND NUT OIL - 1 Tspn
INGREDIENTS:-

MILK - 1 CUP + 2 Tbspn
MAIDA \ WHEAT FLOUR - 1 CUP
POWDERED SUGAR - 3/4 CUP
BAKING POWDER - 3/4 Tspn
BAKING SODA - 1/8 Tspn
SIRKA (OPTIONAL - 1 Tspn
ALMOND ESSENCE (or)
VANILLA ESSENCE - 1 Tspn
WHIPPING CREAM - 500 grms
PEANUT BUTTER - 1/4 CUP
ROASTED PEANUTS - TO GARNISH
CHOCO CHIPS - TO GARNISH
SUGAR SYRUP - 5 Tbspn
METHOD:-
PEANUT BUTTER:-
STEP 1 :- IN A KADAI TAKE 2 CUPS OF PEANUTS AND DRY ROAST WELL.LET IT COOL COMPLETELY.

STEP 2 :- AFTER THE SAID TIME ADD ROASTED PEANUTS IN MIXER JAR, TO IT ADD SOME JAGGERY, GROUNDNUT OIL & HIMALAYAN SALT.
STEP 3:- MAKE IT A FINE PASTE AND TAKE IT OUT FROM THE BOWL.

TIP:- ADDING HONEY GIVE ADDITIONAL FLAVOUR TO IT.
METHOD:-

STEP 1 :- PRE HEAT THE KADAI\ COOKER (In Case of cooker make sure that you have removed your rubber gasket & whistle ) ON WHICH WE GONNA TO BAKE OUR CAKE FILLED WITH SALT OR REFIND SAND FOR TEN MINUTES ON MEDIUM FLAME.
STEP 2 :- IN A BOWL ADD 1 CUP + 2 Tbspn MILK WITH THAT 1\4 CUP OF PEANUT BUTTER & 1 Tspn ALMOND \ VANNIALA ESSENCE MIX WELL WITH THE WHISK.

STEP 3 :- PLACE A SIEVE ON THE WET INGREDIENTS BOWL ADD 1 CUP OF ALL PURPOSE FLOUR \ ATTA , 3/4th CUP POWDERED SUGAR, 3/4th Tspn of BAKING POWDER & 1/8 th Tspn of BAKING SODA.

STEP 4 :- SIEVE WELL AND COMBINE THE BATTER WELL AND NOW ADD 1 Tspn of SIRKA COMBINE WELL AND IMEDIATELY POUR IN CAKE MOULD LINEN & GREASEDWITH THE BUTTER ON THE PARCHMENT SHEET.
STEP 5 :- NOW PLACE THE CAKE TIN ON THE STAND IN A PRESSURE COOKER (MAKE SURE THAT YOU HAVE REMOVED YOUR GASKET & WHISTLE ) \ KADAI BAKE AT MEDIUM FLAME FOR 7 MINUTES.

STEP 6 :- AFTER 7 MINUTES SIMMER THE FLAME TO LOW BAKE IT FOR 30-40 MINUTES.HAVE A TOOTH PICK TEST.

STEP 7 :- IN A ANOTHER BOWL TAKE A WHIPPING CREAM BEAT WITH ELECTRONIC BEATER WAIT UNTIL IT FORM THE THICK STIFF PEAKS IT MAY TAKE UPTO 5-7 MINUTES. IF YOU USE IN HAND BLENDER IT MAY TAKES UPTO 20-25 MINUTES.
STEP 8:- TO ADD SOME FLAVOUR ADD 2 Tbspn of SPOON OF PEANUT BUTTER TO THE WHIPPING CREAM MIX GENTELY.
TIP :- YOU CAN USE READYMADE WHIPPING CREAM READILY AVAI;AB;E IN MARKETS OR ELSE YOU CAN ALSO CHOOSE WHIPPING CREAM POWDER .HERE I HAVE USED WHIPPING CREAM POWDER (BRAND NAME :- BAKER'S ) ADD WARM MILK AND START WHISKING.

STEP 9 :- SLICE THE CAKE MAKE IT EVEN AND DIP THE CAKE WITH SUGAR SYRUP NOW TAKE A WHIPPING CREAM AND APPLY EVENLY TO CAKE.

STEP 10 :- FNALLY GARNISH THE CAKE WITH CRUSHED PEANUTS, CHOCO CHIPS AND GRATED MILK CHOCOLATE.
