MILK- 3/4 CUP
MILK POWDER - 2 1/2 CUP (DAIRY WHITENER)
GHEE - 1/4 CUP
NUTS- 2 Tbsp
SUGAR- 1/2 CUP
CARDAMON POWDER OR ELACHI POWDER -1/4 Tsp
METHOD:-
STEP 1 :- IN HEAVY BOTTOM PAN POUR QUARTER CUP(1/4) OF GHEE AND THREE-FOURTH CUP OF MILK
MILK BARFI
STEP 2:- MAKE SURE THAT KADAI IS IN MEDIUM FLAME NOW ADD 2 1/2 CUP OF MILK POWDER AND 1/2 CUP OF SUGAR GIVE IT A NICE MIX YOU CAN FURTHER ADD SUGAR ACCORDING TO YOUR PREFERENCES OF SWEETNESS.

STEP 3:- STILL CONTINUOUSLY AND THERE SHOULD BE NO LUMPS STIR WELL TILL THE SUGAR DISSOLVES AND MILK GETS THICKENS

STEP 4:- STIR WELL FOR FURTHER 10 MINUTES AND DOUGH SHOULD NOT TOUCH THE PAN .

HINT:-DO NOT OVER COOK THEN BARFI TURNS TO CHEWY
STEP 6:- NOW ADD CARDAMOM POWDER OR ELAICHI POWDER AND COMBINE WELL.
STEP 7:- IN BUTTER PAPER GREASE GHEE PLACE PREPARED BARFI AND SET WELL.
STEP 8:- GRATE THE NUTS (CASHEWS ,ALMONDS & PISTA) AND GARNISH ON TOP.
MILK BARFI
STEP 9 :- ALLOW TO SET FOR TWO TO TWO AND HALF HOURS AND AFTER THAT CUT INTO PIECES.
