TOMATO POTATO CURRY
INGREDIENTS:-
POTATO - 3No'S TOMATO - 3 No'S ONION -2 No'S BAY LEAVES - 1 CUMIN SEEDS - 1 Tspn RED CHILLI POWDER - 2 Tspn CORAINDER POWDER - 1 Tspn GINGER GARLIC PASTE - 2 Tspn KASHMIRI RED CHILLI POWDER - CORAINDER SEEDS (GRIND COARSELY) - 2 Tbspn SALT- AS REQUIRED.
METHOD:-STEP 1 :- IN A KADAI POUR OIL, IN THAT ADD BAY LEAF , CUMIN SEEDS, CRUSHED CORIANDER SEEDS GIVE IT A MIX ADD ONION AND GREEN CHILLI.

STEP 2 :- ADD GINGER GARLIC PASTE IN KADAI, TOMATOES, CHILLI POWDER,KASHMIRI RED POWDER CORIANDER POWDER,GRAM MASALA, KASURI METHI AND GIVE IT A NICE MIX FINALLY ADD SALT AND POTATO TO IT.
STEP 3:- AFTER THAT SAUTE TILL THE RAW SMELL EXHAUSTED AND POUR WATER TO IT AND LET THAT BOIL FOR 2 TO 3 MINUTES.GARNISH WITH FRESH CREAM...
